Terry was very helpful in helping my mother and I find her a Villa. She went out of her way on short notice to go and see a Villa while I was out of town. We did a walk through via Facetime. I wanted to write to tell you of my experience with Terry Perches as our realtor. Last year I was offered a position in North Carolina with a relocation package. It happened so quickly that my husband and I barely had time to think about getting our home in Albany prepared to be listed. I started my new position in November and my husband joined me in North Carolina in January. Terry helped us get through the chaos that ensued by working with us and my relocation company, Cartus Corporation.
